All rebates are paid on the day your contract settles. This means you can use these funds as a deposit to build your property, or to help reduce any debt. This financial boost goes a long way to making your dream home or investment property a reality.

 *To be an eligible purchaser you must meet the following criteria:

An eligible purchaser means: A purchaser of the Land where the purchaser has a bona fide intention of constructing (or procuring the construction of) a dwelling within 12 months:
1. In which the person will reside; or
2. Which is subject of a reserved allocation under the National Rental Affordability Scheme Act 2008; or
3. Which the purchaser, being of natural person or persons, undertakes will be made available for rent within:
