Save water Save money

Residents who save water will save money in the Isaac region. Isaac Regional Council will introduce a user pays model for water by July 1. This move reflects the intent of state legislation to have an equitable water charging system and brings Isaac in line with the majority of Councils in Queensland.

To minimise the impact of this change, Council is running a ‘Save Water, Save Money’ campaign to provide tips and tools to help residents save water in and around their homes. We want to help our residents and businesses prepare and to be on the front foot when the change comes.

To help you save money by saving water, Council is giving Isaac households a free tap timer. To claim yours simply drop into your local Council office. Please note you must show proof of address to confirm you live in the Isaac region. Limited to one tap timer per household until stocks run out.
