Roebuck Civil, on behalf of Isaac Regional Council and the Queensland Government, are undertaking upgrades to the existing water reticulation network as part of the Moranbah Reservoir and Associated Works Project. As part of these works, Moranbah residents and businesses are advised of a planned outage to the water supply in:
Industrial Ave, Colliery St, Cavanagh Crt
Between 8pm on Wednesday 13 June and
approximately 4am Thursday 14 June
This outage is to enable the connection of newly installed mains to the existing network as part of the upgrade project. The works will include the periodic use of plant and machinery throughout the night.
Council will endeavour to reinstate the water supply to properties as early as possible on Thursday morning.
Affected properties may experience instances of dirty water following completion of the works.
Council recommends that residents flush their water services by running a tap for up to five minutes or until the water becomes clear. To avoid wasting any flushed water, we recommend that it be used on your garden or lawn.
Council apologises for any inconvenience and thanks residents for their patience. If you require further information please contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
