Planned Water Outage Watkins St, Moranbah

GNM Group, on behalf of Isaac Regional Council and the Queensland Government, are undertaking upgrades to the existing water reticulation network as part of the Moranbah Reservoir and Associated Works Project.

As part of these works residents are advised of a planned outage to the water supply in:

Watkins St
Thursday May 17 between 11am and 3pm

This outage is to enable Council to undertake works to connect the newly installed mains to the existing network as part of the upgrade project.

Affected households and businesses may experience instances of dirty water following completion of the works.

Council recommends that residents flush their water services by running a tap for up to five minutes or until the water becomes clear.

To avoid wasting any flushed water, we recommend that it be used on your garden or lawn.

Council apologises for any inconvenience and thanks residents for their patience.

If you require further information please contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
