Temporary email address to contact Isaac Regional Council
Isaac Regional Council would like to advise the public that a temporary Google email address has been set up for incoming emails to the organisation.
This is for use during the period of outage to our normal business emails.
If you wish to email us, please use the following:
We will endeavor to address your email accordingly within three business days.
Council has engaged a third party to continue to urgently resolve a whole of organisation email outage as a matter of priority.
If you have sent an important email to Council over the last few days and have not received a response, it is recommended to resend correspondence to firstname.lastname@example.org
If your matter is urgent please contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
