Users are advised that this site does not provide facilities for the secure transmission of information across the internet.

Our web measurement tool and internet service providers log statistical information from your visit to our site. We do not use this anonymous information to identify individual users or their browsing activities. In the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our log files.

Information provided to us via online forms, online registrations, feedback provided on Speak Up Isaac or by email may constitute public records and are therefore required to be retained by the Public Records Act 2002 and other legislation yet treated under the Information Privacy Act 2009.
