The Tender Process

Council's tender process (PDF, 7KB) is a legislative requirement set out in the Local Government Regulation 2012.

To facilitate the tender process, Isaac Regional Council is now using VendorPanel.

This is good news for suppliers who are interested in bidding for work with Council. Registration with VendorPanel is entirely free for suppliers, and as a supplier it provides you with an easy to use tool to manage your tender submissions.

Register Now

Registration is easy:

  1. Click on the ‘Register Now’ button
  2. Search and select the best category for your business
  3. Click on the link you receive to complete your profile

Once registered, your business profile will be visible to buyers searching in your category and region of service. This enables staff to easily identify local suppliers and invite them to respond to Requests for Quotation for medium sized contracts.

VendorPanel is also the tool used by Isaac Regional Council to access LocalBuy RPQS (Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers) panel arrangements.

Both the VendorPanel and LocalBuy forums will provide access to many Council organisations.
