An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Manager Economy & Prosperity to join Isaac Regional Council's Planning, Environment & Community Services Directorate, based in Moranbah, Middlemount, Dysart, Nebo or Clermont.
Reporting to the Director Planning, Environment & Community Services, this position is responsible for the economic and regional development, tourism development and events and business support functions across Isaac Region. In addition, the Directorate is in the transition of adding several direct economic stimulus and enabling and tourism development functions to the Manager’s portfolio to add to the impact of the role through integrating both the responsibility for economic and tourism strategy implementation, and a strategic selection of direct Council stimulus and product development functions.
For this position we offer:
- Attractive remuneration package, inclusive of accommodation and full private-use vehicle;
- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading;
- 12% super (in accordance with policy).
