Further, we will not disclose these details to any third party without your consent, unless required by law. Emails may be monitored by information technology staff to trouble-shoot technical issues and maintenance purposes.

Public Records

Information provided to us via online forms, online registrations, feedback provided on Speak Up Isaac or by email may constitute public records and are therefore required to be retained by the Public Records Act 2002 and other legislation yet treated under the Information Privacy Act 2009.
