An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Senior Customer Admin Officer to join Isaac Regional Councils’ Water & Waste directorate, based in Moranbah.

About the Position:

An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Senior Customer Admin Officer to join Isaac Regional Councils’ Water & Waste directorate, based in Moranbah.

Reporting to the Manager Business Services, the Senior Customer Admin Officer provides customer service, financial data maintenance, reporting, systems and administrative support to the Water & Waste Directorate.  Coordinating actions associated with MiWater, water meter reading and water rates notice distribution.

For this position we offer:

  • $72,83.44 per annum + allowances;
  • 72.5 hours per fortnight;
  • Fortnightly RDO’s
  • 5 weeks annual leave;
  • 12% super in accordance with Policy.

About you:

We are seeking a Senior Level Administrator who possesses:

  • Experience with customer service, administration and/or finance;
  • Certificate III in Administration/Business or significant experience (5+ years) in an Administrative position is essential;
  • High level experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Demonstrated financial understanding, contract management and analytical skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
