Section 21 of the RTI Act requires Isaac Regional Council (IRC) to have in place a publication scheme. The purpose is to present a consolidated, user-friendly and comprehensive overview of the IRC organisation, its relationship to the community, and the various avenues for public access to IRC processes.
All information and documents accessible via the the Isaac Regional Council publication scheme are provided free of charge.
