&lt;p&gt;An exciting and outstanding career opportunity exists for a permanent full-time Leading Hand to join Isaac Regional Council&amp;rsquo;s Parks and Recreation team, based in Glenden. This position is responsible for the operation and operational servicing of all Parks and Recreation areas within the township area of Glenden, Lake Elphinstone, and occasionally surrounding areas. &amp;nbsp;Reporting to the Team Leader, the position will work alongside the Parks and Recreation team, providing supervision, support and assistance.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Isaac Regional Council currently have multiple exciting opportunities for Casual Pool Attendants at the Greg Cruickshank Aquatic Centre. Reporting to the Program Leader Leased Council Facilities, the Casual Pool Attendant is responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the Community Facilities department, ensuring success both operationally and financially.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Duties focus on the entry, monitoring and directing of persons wishing to access the swimming pool complex in Moranbah, and will encompass the maintenance of correct Swimming Pool water chemical treatments through testing; and keeping grounds, buildings and small plant and equipment in very good condition.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;To be successful in this role, you will have: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated experience in the provision of customer service and a full understanding of excellent customer service and commitment to its delivery;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the effective operation of a pool complex;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Previous local government experience, and an understanding of departmental policy and procedures would be highly regarded;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated ability to work both under minimal supervision, and as a team player;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate, negotiate, network and consult as required;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and previous experience with TechOne or similar record keeping systems would be highly regarded;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Willingness to work flexible hours as required, incorporating weekends and public holidays.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
