Loren Ryan stands as a captivating figure in the ever-evolving landscape of the Australian Country Music scene. The 2023 Tamworth Country Music Festival’s Toyota Star Maker winner is fresh from commanding stages at the St Kilda Festival and immersing herself in songwriting sessions with Shy Carter.

This will be Loren’s first time in the Isaac region for the St Lawrence Wetlands Weekend event by performing at the Sunset Cultural Experience and conducting a workshop to inspire young women to follow their dreams.

Loren has become the resounding buzz in both country and roots circles and her latest singles, Take Me Home and Bounce Back, only amplifies the excitement. Loren's journey so far is punctuated by memorable moments, from sharing the stage with Troy Cassar-Daley to performing a duet with Jessica Mauboy at the Gympie Music Muster.

In 2020, Loren premiered her single Yilalu during live broadcasts on ABC News Breakfast and ABC’s New Year’s Eve Live TV Special. Her versatility and musical prowess led to her inclusion in the Indigenous Lullabies Project, collaborating with Emily Wurramurra and Emma Donovan. This contributed to the release of the children's album Songs for Charlie through ABC Music in February 2022.

Loren is making waves by crafting original songs and translating well-known Australian tunes into her native language. A prime example is her rendition of Cold Chisel's Flame Trees, with the blessing of the original creators, boasting over 350,000 streams and leaving those who are listening, in awe.

Honest and weathered, Loren's voice takes her listeners on an emotional and spiritual journey, with the help of modern-acoustic grassroots with a distinct country and R&B sound. Picture it as a mesmerising fusion, where Chris Stapleton meets Beyonce.
