Library membership is free to all Queensland residents.
Adults (over 18) can simply bring current identification to any of our libraries to join. Children and young people (under 18) can join the library when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also be a library member and provide identification.
Temporary membership is available for two months, after which time proof of residency is required to be verified by Isaac Library staff.

You may join the library with an online membership after accepting the membership conditions and privacy statement below and completing the online form.
With an online membership you can access online resources such as eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines and eVideos - as well as other eResources and databases.
A Queensland residential address is required. A welcome email will be sent providing you with a membership number and temporary password.
You can also easily become a full member by then visiting any of our library branches and showing identification.
