Corporate Structure

The most valued resource of Council is its staff. It is an ongoing challenge for Council, to recruit and retain staff in order to provide the best possible service to the community.

Council's organisational structure aligns Council's four directorates with its Corporate Plan goals and objectives.

The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is led by interim Chief Executive Officer, Ken Gouldthorp. The team is charged with the responsibility of ensuring the delivery of the strategic intent of Council and to provide leadership to all employees.

The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) comprises of four directors in addition to the Head of Advocacy and External Affairs, the Head of People and Capability and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
