2027 NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN
The 2027 Australia Day Regional Awards Ceremony will be held in St Lawrence, the 2026 Citizen of the Year's home town.
Citizen of the Year - Aged 26 years or over as of 26 January 2027. Recognises outstanding members of the community for their personal endeavours, achievements, and community input.
Young Citizen of the Year - Aged 16-25 years or over as of 26 January 2026. Recognises young citizens for their personal endeavours, achievements, and community input.
Community Event of the Year - Awarded to the person or group who organised the best community event of the year. This event made a big positive impact on the Isaac region’s community.
Corporate Community Contribution of the Year - Honours large companies and small to medium businesses in the Isaac region for significant events or initiatives that better our communities.
Community Champion Award - Given to individuals or groups in each community who show true passion and selflessness by making significant efforts to improve their community. This can be in areas like arts, culture, or sports.
