Join us this year for an exquisite and exclusive degustation dining experience, delivered by the award-winning fine dining restaurant, The Flackyard.  Starting at sunset, in a secret open-air location on the magical St. Lawrence wetlands, you will delight in six courses of divine food artistry. 

These courses champion authentic local produce and awe-inspiring Australian native ingredients. Each sensational course is enchantingly paired with either a carefully curated alcohol pairing or bespoke alcohol-free cocktails. All of this is shared soulfully within a truly entertaining and immersive experience.
