Do I need a Planning Approval?
Only development categorised as “Assessable Development” requires a planning approval.
In order to determine if your proposed development is considered “Assessable Development” you can:
- Refer to Part 5 of the Isaac Regional Planning Scheme 2021
- Send the details of your proposal to liveability.sustainability@isaac.qld.gov.au and the planning team can assist; or LINK
- call 1300 ISAACS (1300 47 22 27) and ask to speak with one of our town planners.
