Isaac Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest for motivated Labourers to join either our Infrastructure and Roads team or our Parks and Recreation team and help deliver essential services across the Isaac Region (Clermont, Moranbah, Nebo, Dysart, Middlemount, Glenden, St Lawrence).

As a Labourer (Infrastructure and Roads), you’ll be part of a practice, hardworking team undertaking essential construction and maintenance works. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving local roads, infrastructure, and services that residents rely on every day.
To be considered for this role, must hold (or can obtain prior to the commencement) the following qualifications:
Mandatory:
- Valid Driver Licence
- White Construction Card
Benefits include:
Labourer (Infrastructure and Roads)
- Salary $65,227.21 - $66,375.54 per annum (Stream B, Level 2 - 3) + allowances
- Nominally 38 hours per week (3 x 10 hour days and 1 x 8 hour day, Monday – Thursday)
- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
- RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy

As a Labourer (Parks and Recreation), you’ll support the maintenance and presentation of parks, gardens, and reserves by undertaking a range of operational and general labouring tasks. You will apply your experience to help ensure these public spaces remain safe, well maintained, and welcoming for the community.
