An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Labourer to join our Infrastructure Services Directorate in Moranbah.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Infrastructure, this position is responsible for the labouring duties and service of plant, for construction, maintenance and works.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience as labourer in the civil construction industry or similar
- Knowledge and experience in basic mechanics and general maintenance as required
- Experience in road construction activities and similar is essential
- Previous experience with maintaining small plant equipment, such that repair works and down time are minimised
- The role requires the possession of a current C Class Open Australian Drivers Licence
- Blue/White Card
If you are successful in this position, we will give you:
- Salary $65,227.21 - $66,375.54 per annum plus allowances
- Nominally 38 hours per week (3 x 10-hour days and 1 x 8-hour day, Monday - Thursday)
- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
- RDO’s in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
