Reporting to the People and Capability Business Partner, the People and Capability Officer works in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment and provides a broad range of high‑level administrative and recruitment support. The role delivers timely advice, education and support to the organisation on recruitment and people‑related processes, while also contributing to the effective administration of the People and Capability Department. A strong focus is placed on delivering excellent customer service and building positive, professional relationships with staff and key stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
For this position we offer:
- Salary $43.92 - $47.85 per hour (Stream A, Level 3 - 4)
- Full-time position (72.5 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday) or open to flexible part-time hours available for the right candidate.
- Fixed Term - Ceasing December 2026
- Location – Preferred location is Moranbah, however open to other locations within the Isaac Region for the right candidate.
- RDO’s in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement (only eligible for full-time employees)
- 5 weeks annual leave pro-rata @ 17.5% loading
- 15 days’ personal leave pro rata per annum
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
