Changes to Clermont Customer Service

Isaac Regional Council wishes to advise the community that Clermont’s Customer Service team will relocate from its current location, to the Clermont Library, located at the corner of Karmoo and Herschel Streets from:

Tuesday, 3 June 2025

This change is part of Council’s transition to a Community Hub model, which brings customer service and library functions together in one accessible location.

The Clermont Community Hub will serve as a central point where residents can:

  • Access customer service support
  • Use library facilities and resources
  • Connect with local programs and activities

This change to the Customer Service location reflects Council’s commitment to providing convenient, connected, and community-focused spaces.
