EOI Lease and management of vacant land Middlemount

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from an Incorporated Association to
lease and manage the vacant land located at 6293 Dysart–Middlemount Road.

Key Assessment Criteria

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Commitment to community sustainability and long‑term regional benefit
• Operational capability to effectively manage the land
• Financial capacity to undertake improvements and ongoing maintenance
• Compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements
• Understanding of local community needs and priorities

Two parcels of land are available for Expression of Interest either separately or combined.

• Lease A is approximately 11.2 hectares
• Lease B is approximately 8.3 hectares
