Footpath works, Bacon Street, Moranbah

Isaac Regional Council advises Moranbah residents that footpath works will be undertaken on Bacon Street in Moranbah from:
Monday, 8 September 2025 to Friday, 24 October 2025
These works will involve the installation of a new footpath and pedestrian crossing, delivered in three stages:
- Stage one – SES Laneway works (approximately 8 September to 26 September)
Reduced access to SES/Moranbah Arts/Moranbah Martial Arts car park.
- Stage two – Bacon Street (approximately 29 September to 10 October)
No access to parking bays on Bacon Street opposite Tyrepower between SES laneway entry and Moranbah Arts driveway.
- Stage three – Pedestrian Crossing (approximately 13 October to 24 October)
Minimal restrictions on parking in Bacon Street.

Lane closures and delays are not expected however, motorists are advised to maintain caution on the road during the works, drive to conditions and follow any directional signage in place at the site.
