Council advises Moranbah residents of a temporary closure to the Town Square Playground from:
7am Tuesday, 1 September reopening at 9am Monday, 7 September 2026
This temporary closure is required to undertake repairs to existing cracked soft-fall surfacing and install a new soft-fall pad at the gate entrance.
Temporary fencing will be in place during the works. Park users are advised to exercise caution and follow all directional signage.
