Council advises residents that a traffic survey will take place at the intersection of Moranbah Access Road and Railway Station Road, Moranbah, from:
Monday, 19 October to Sunday, 25 October 2026.
The survey will collect information about traffic movements to help Council plan for future improvements at the intersection.
As part of the survey, three temporary cameras will be installed on existing poles and other street fixtures. The cameras will be placed in locations that do not interfere with drivers and will not create any safety risks.
There will be no road closures, and traffic is expected to continue as normal during the survey period.
Council thanks residents for their cooperation while this important work is carried out.
