Anzac Day Road Closures 2026

Council would like to advise residents of the following road closures for Anzac Day parades on Saturday, 25 April 2026.

Council asks motorists to please abide by road closure signs and traffic control.

Town	Time closed	Streets
Carmila	10.30am to 11.15am	Parade goes along Music St, from opposite the Police Station to Carmila Hall. The following street will be closed: Music St
Clermont	4am to 5am	The following streets will be closed: Herschel Street (From Capricorn Street to Tropic Street, outside of the Clermont RSL Sub Branch)
Clermont	9am to 10.30am	Parade goes along Capella St from Box St to Lime St. Parade to end at Centenary Park. The following streets will be closed: Box St Douglas St Mimosa St Lime St Karmoo St Capella St
Dysart	9am to 12pm	Parade goes along Rodney Draper Lane, onto Garnham Dr and to Queen Elizabeth Drive. Parade to end at Dysart Civic Centre. The following streets will be closed: Garnham Dr Rodney Draper Lane Queen Elizabeth Dr
Glenden	4am to 7am	The following streets will be closed: Dalton Place (carpark off Ewan Drive)

Middlemount	9.30am to 12pm	Parade goes along James Randell Dr from Alfred Quinn Dr to Centenary Drive North. The following streets will be closed: James Randell Drive Alfred Quinn Drive Centenary Drive North
Moranbah	4am to 12pm	Parade goes along Mills Avenue on the north bound lanes, from Moranbah Workers Club to Griffin Street, along Griffin St, Batchelor Parade, Town Square Avenue, ending at the Town Square Cenotaph. The following streets will be closed: Mills Avenue (north bound lanes from Moranbah Workers Club to Griffin Street) Griffin Street (from Mills Avenue to St Francis Drive) Batchelor Parade
Moranbah	9am to 12pm	Parade goes along Batchelor Parade from the Greg Cruickshank Aquatic Centre to Town Square Avenue, ending at the Town Square Cenotaph. The following streets will be closed: Batchelor Parade Town Square Avenue Parella Street
Nebo	4am to 1pm	Parade goes along Reynolds St between Oxford St and Water St. The following streets will be closed: Reynolds St Oxford St Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes via Water St, Kemmis St and Mary St.
St Lawrence	10.15am to 11.30am	Parade goes along Macartney St, from St Lawrence Council Office to St Lawrence Primary School. The following street will be closed: Macartney St
