Council would like to advise residents of the following road closures for Anzac Day parades on Saturday, 25 April 2026.
Council asks motorists to please abide by road closure signs and traffic control.
Town

Carmila
10.30am to 11.15am
Parade goes along Music St, from opposite the Police Station to Carmila Hall.
The following street will be closed:
Clermont
4am to 5am
The following streets will be closed:
9am to 10.30am
Parade goes along Capella St from Box St to Lime St. Parade to end at Centenary Park.
Dysart
9am to 12pm
Parade goes along Rodney Draper Lane, onto Garnham Dr and to Queen Elizabeth Drive. Parade to end at Dysart Civic Centre.
Glenden
4am to 7am
Dalton Place (carpark off Ewan Drive)
Middlemount
9.30am to 12pm
Parade goes along James Randell Dr from Alfred Quinn Dr to Centenary Drive North.
Moranbah
4am to 12pm
Parade goes along Mills Avenue on the north bound lanes, from Moranbah Workers Club to Griffin Street, along Griffin St, Batchelor Parade, Town Square Avenue, ending at the Town Square Cenotaph.
Parade goes along Batchelor Parade from the Greg Cruickshank Aquatic Centre to Town Square Avenue, ending at the Town Square Cenotaph.
Nebo
4am to 1pm
Parade goes along Reynolds St between Oxford St and Water St. The following streets will be closed:
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes via Water St, Kemmis St and Mary St.
St Lawrence
10.15am to 11.30am
Parade goes along Macartney St, from St Lawrence Council Office to St Lawrence Primary School.
