Council advises residents that the burst water pipe has been repaired and water services have been restored to affected properties.

Council advises residents that a burst water pipe has been identified on Mills Avenue, Moranbah.
A plumber has been engaged and repairs are underway.
Properties located from 40–52 Mills Avenue will experience a temporary loss of water supply for approximately 6-7 hours.
Once the water supply has been restored, residents may experience instances of discoloured water. If discoloured water occurs, Council recommends flushing tap water for up to five minutes or until the water becomes clear. Council also recommends that any flushing water be used on your garden or lawn.
