In response to the recent 2026 flooding event affecting the Isaac region, Isaac Regional Council is seeking the assistance of impacted primary producers and agribusinesses to complete the Queensland Department of Primary Industries (DPI) Disaster Impact Survey to help inform the activation of disaster recovery assistance.

Information provided through this survey assists government agencies to assess impacts and determine what recovery support measures may be made available.

Residents are encouraged to report any disaster-related damage by completing the survey online at:
http://www.dpi.qld.gov.au/disasterimpactsurvey

Please note:

  • Completion of this survey is not an application for financial assistance.
  • Information collected is used to inform potential disaster recovery and relief measures.
  • Where it is safe to do so, respondents are encouraged to attach date‑stamped photographs of any damage incurred.
  • Assistance with completing the survey is available by emailing disasters@dpi.qld.gov.au or by contacting the relevant peak industry body.

Community participation in the survey is essential to support timely assessment and recovery planning.
