Impounded vehicles online auction - Friday 5 June 2026

Isaac Regional Council (Council) will offer the following impounded vehicles for sale by public auction on the above date. This auction is in accordance with powers vested under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 and the Isaac Regional Council Local Law No. 1 (Administration) 2011.

If you wish to claim ownership of a vehicle, please contact Council immediately (proof of ownership and fees apply).

Auction conditions

Online Auction will be held by Slattery Auctions, the catalogue will be available to view on Date: 5 June 2026 with “Online Viewing Only” via – www.pickles.com.au

At 12am Friday 5 June 2026, the live Online Auction will commence.

• Vehicles sold in current condition, unregistered and no warranty is provided.
• Payments via Pickles will be online only (fees apply, refer to Pickels for further information)

Collection of Vehicles

Once the payment has been finalised all vehicles will be available for collection by appointment between 10 June 2026 and 12 June 2026 from the Isaac Regional Council Vehicle Holding Yards located at Middlemount Depot 37 Nolan Drive, Middlemount. To schedule an appointment contact 1300 ISAACS (1300 472227).

All Vehicles that are not collected within 7 days will be forfeited.

Important safety information

• Vehicles sold in current condition, unregistered and no warranty is provided.
• The vehicles are abandoned vehicles and unwarranted, unregistered, and sold without keys.
• Council does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that the contents of the vehicle are without risk to health and safety of persons.
• No work is to be conducted on vehicles in the holding yard.
• Purchasers must make arrangements to legally tow or transport vehicles from Council’s Depot.
• Enclosed footwear is compulsory when entering the holding yard.
• No smoking is permitted in the holding yard.
• Children (under 16 years), animals and alcohol are not permitted in holding yard.

Council reserves the right to withdraw vehicles from the list any time prior to auction.
