Isaac Regional Council advises residents of the removal of assorted trees along Mills Avenue, Belyando Avenue and Appleton Street, Moranbah and throughout areas of Clermont from:

Monday, 9 June 2025

The existing trees have caused damage to underground infrastructure and road surfaces. Their removal will enhance visibility and reduce ongoing maintenance requirements.

In both townships, suitable drought-tolerant species will be planted to ensure long-term sustainability and aesthetic value.

There will be no disruption to pedestrians or motorists for the duration of these works.

This project is being delivered through the Australian Government’s Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program (LRCI) - Drought Trees Project.
