Request for tender, Trades and Services

Isaac Regional Council is pleased to announce the release of the Request for Tender for the Register of Prequalified Suppliers – Trades and Services.  We invite suitably qualified and experienced trades and services providers to tender for inclusion on our Register of Prequalified Suppliers.

This Panel arrangement presents a valuable opportunity for businesses to access a pipeline of work across a diverse range of capital and operational projects that contribute to the development and maintenance of our region.  Successful tenderers will benefit from streamlined procurement processes, enhanced visibility within Council operations, and the potential to establish long-term working relationships with various Council departments.

Council is seeking applicants from both sole traders and larger organisations that demonstrate a commitment to quality, reliability, and community-focuses service delivery.  The Panel will cover a broad spectrum of trades and services, including but not limited to building, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tiling, carpentry, plastering, landscaping, arborist services, fencing, concrete, pest control, painting, window and floor coverings, glazing, cleaning, SCADA and more.

This arrangement will be in effect for a minimum of two years, enabling Council to efficiently engage preferred suppliers across the Isaac region.

The Request for Tender (Ref:VP464858) is now live on the VendorPanel platform.  Submissions must be lodged via VendorPanel no later than 2pm, Wednesday 16 July 2025.
