Council would like to advise residents of an upcoming water meter replacement program within the Isaac region including Moranbah, Clermont, Dysart, Glenden, Middlemount, Nebo and St Lawrence.

Selected water meters and Automated Meter Readers will be replaced as part of an ongoing meter and taggle replacement program.

DataRight is partnering with Isaac Regional Council to carry out the water meter installations. This meter replacement program is intended to improve the accuracy of water consumption readings ensuring residents are billed only for the water they use.

Meter replacement dates range from:

Tuesday, 28 April 2026 to Friday, 15 May 2025.

Residents whose water meters are being replaced will receive a letter in their letterbox from DataRight.
Please refer to the letter from DataRight for the expected meter replacement dates at your property.

Please ensure that there is clear access to the water meter on the scheduled days. The installation is expected to take no longer than 30 minutes, during which time your water supply will be temporarily turned off.

All meter-reading contractors will carry official Council identification.

Thank you for your patience. For more information, please contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227), or email records@isaac.qld.gov.au.
