Isaac water users are urged to keep an eye on letterboxes as water notices are expected to arrive in February 2026.

These notices relate only to water consumption recorded between July 2025 and December 2025 and are not connected to the January 2026 flood event period.

Residents are encouraged to make payment by Wednesday, 4 March 2026.

Council‑approved payment plans are available, and residents experiencing difficulty paying are encouraged to contact Council’s Customer Service Centre on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) to discuss available options.

All Isaac households are levied the same consumption charge for each tier and Council has worked hard to keep this as a fair system; to stop lower water consumers subsidising heavy users.

Users can set email and SMS alerts and be notified of water leaks and high consumption within days of occurrence through MiWater.

Ratepayers and tenants can sign up online to MiWater at www.isaac.qld.gov.au/Residents/Water-and-Wastewater/Save-Water-Access-MiWater

Council would like to remind residents of upcoming changes to water charges from July 2026. For comprehensive information on these changes or to read Council’s Revenue Statement visit www.isaac.qld.gov.au/Residents/Water-and-Wastewater/Water-charges

If you haven’t received a water notice by Friday, 20 February 2026 call Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
