Payment For Water Notices Due Wednesday 4 March 2026

A gentle reminder to Isaac Residents that payment of water notices for water consumed between July to December 2025 (this period is not connected to the January 2026 flood event) is due by 5pm on Wednesday, 4 March 2026.

Residents have the option to pay by BPAY or in any Council office across the region. To complete payment via BPAY, use the biller code and reference number from the water notice.

Any credit balance remaining after payment of the water notice will be applied to the following rates notice.

Residents who have encountered delays with the postal service in their area can register their email address with Council for an additional water notice to be issued electronically. Please contact Council on
1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) to make this request.

If you have not received a water notice by Friday, 20 February 2026, call Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
