Published on 18 March 2026
Keep an eye on your letterbox with rates notices set to arrive from Wednesday, 18 March 2026.
Prompt payment of rates will secure a 10 per cent discount on general rates, if paid on or before Friday, 17 April 2026.
The 10 per cent discount applies to general rates, and excludes all utility, special rates and charges, provided outstanding amounts and overdue rates and interest are paid in full by the due date.
Ratepayers who have encountered delays with the postal service in their area can register their email address with Council for an additional rates notice to be issued electronically.
If you have recently moved or changed your contact details, please check that you have informed Council to ensure delivery of rates notices on time.
If you have not received your rates notice by Wednesday, 1 April 2026 please contact Council.
Council approved payment plans are available, and residents experiencing difficulty paying are encouraged to contact Council’s Customer Service Centre to discuss available options.
Ratepayers can register their details for electronic notices by phoning 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) and speaking to Council’s Rates Team, or emailing records@isaac.qld.gov.au between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
