Isaac Regional Council would like to advise residents of the following road closures for Anzac Day services and parades on Tuesday, 25 April 2023.
Town
Time closed
Streets
Carmila
10.20am to 11am
Parade goes along Music St, from opposite the Police Station to Carmila Hall.
The following street will be closed:
Clermont
9am to 10am
Parade goes along Capella St from Box St to Lime St. Parade to end at Centenary Park.
The following streets will be closed:
Dysart
9am to 11.30am
Parade goes along Ron Draper Drive, onto Garnham Dr and to Queen Elizabeth Drive. Parade to end at Dysart Civic Centre. The following streets will be closed:
Friendly reminder Dysart Civic Centre car park is closed. Parking is available at the Council Office car park and along C&K Dysart Kindergarten and Dysart Library.
Glenden
4.45am to 11.30am
Glenden Recreation Centre and car park entrance closed.
Attendees are advised to use an alternate car park to access Town Square shops. Parking for early morning service attendees is available along Ewan Drive.
9.30am to 11.30am
Parade goes along Dalton Place to Ewan Drive, along Ewan Drive to the Glenden Recreation Centre. The following streets will be closed:
Middlemount
Parade goes along James Randell Dr from Alfred Quinn Dr to Centenary Drive North. The following streets will be closed:
Moranbah
4am to 7am
Parade goes along Mills Avenue on the north bound lanes, from Moranbah Community Workers Club to Griffin Street, along Griffin St, Batchelor Parade, Town Square Avenue, ending at the Town Square Cenotaph.
9am to 12pm
Parade goes along Batchelor Parade from the Greg Cruickshank Aquatic Centre to Town Square Avenue, ending at the Town Square Cenotaph.
Nebo
4.15am to 1pm
Parade goes along Reynolds St between Oxford St and Water St. The following streets will be closed:
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes via Water St, Kemmis St and Mary St.
St Lawrence
Parade goes along Macartney St, from St Lawrence Council Office to St Lawrence Primary School.
