Isaac Regional Council is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to the Director Infrastructure Services. As Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly, providing high-level executive support, coordinating key projects, managing critical communications, and helping shape strategic outcomes. Key Competencies:
Qualifications – this role requires the possession of:

  1. Valid Drivers Licence
  2. Certificate III in Business Administration or significant experience (5+ Years) in an Administrative Support or Executive Support role.

If you are successful in this position, you will receive:

  • Salary $101,951.00 - $108,804.00 per annum (Stream A, Level 5 - 6)
  • Permanent, Full Time
  • Nominally 72.5 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
  • 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
  • RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy
  • Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
