Council advises residents and motorists of ongoing road works on Goonyella Road, Moranbah.
From Monday, 11 May 2026, there may be short periods of single lane shuttle flow traffic in place between 7:00am and 4:00pm.
These temporary traffic arrangements will allow for planned construction and may cause minor delays.
These works form part of Council’s ongoing commitment to maintaining safe and reliable infrastructure under the Goonyella Road Industrial Land Activation Project.
Please maintain caution during the works and follow any signage and traffic control measures.
The project is proudly funded by the Australian Government Roads to Recovery Program in partnership with Isaac Regional Council. Council will continue to keep the community informed throughout the project.
