Update as of Wednesday, 12 August 2026 at 5pm

We're making progress, and every drop saved helps us get closer to our goal.

  • Tank 1 is now at 66%
  • Tank 2 is now at 74%

Restrictions for general household use are lifted, however we still ask residents to be mindful of their water use.

Please do not:

  • Use sprinklers
  • Fill swimming pools
  • Water the lawn

Council thanks Clermont residents for their continued commitment to water conservation. Your efforts are making a difference, with local water stores continuing to improve.

The Clermont Water Treatment Plant remains operational, with Council staff working around the clock to maintain stable operations and support the community's water supply.

Important reminders:

  • Personal household water use is permitted.
  • Watering gardens and lawns is not permitted.
  • Sprinklers are not permitted.
  • Filling or topping up swimming pools is not permitted.

The water from your taps remains safe to drink.

Bottled water is available from the Clermont Library during business hours.

Thank you for continuing to use water wisely. Every drop counts.
